Administrator of Courts, Regina Petersen, wishes to advise the general public and members
of the Virgin Islands Bar that the Judicial Branch will close tomorrow in observation of the
National Day of Mourning for James Earl Carter, Jr., the thirty-ninth President of the United
States.
