Description:
The purpose of this RFP is to select a roofing specialist and or general contractor to provide an analysis of the condition of the flat roof(s) which will lead to a recommendation on material, products, and finally the application of a waterproofing/weatherproofing component to the flat roof(s) which consists of three wings, three stories high with 4 separate roof systems, South wing, North wing Center, North wing East, and North wing North. The roof structure consists of a flat concrete slab with a waterproof membrane and drainage system. Above the concrete slab is a hip roof façade system consisting of corrugated metal roof panels on galvanized Z-Purlins (roof joists) supported by structural steel members and welded connections.
