Description:
The Judiciary of the U.S. Virgin Islands (“The Judiciary”), through its Judicial Branch Administrative Office, invites the submission of Proposals from licensed roofing specialist and/or general contractors to provide an analysis of a waterproofing/weatherproofing component to all the flat surfaces of the roof(s) at the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands located at the Alexander A. Farrelly Justice Center, 5400 Veterans Drive St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands.
The purpose of this RFP is to select a roofing specialist and or general contractor to provide an analysis of the condition of the flat roof(s) which will lead to a recommendation on material, products, and finally the application of a waterproofing/weatherproofing component to the flat roof(s) which consists of three wings, three stories high with 4 separate roof systems, South wing, North wing Center, North wing East, and North wing North.
