Administrator of Courts, Regina Petersen advises the general public and members of the Virgin Islands Bar that the Judicial Branch of the Virgin Islands will recognize the following holiday schedule for the remainder of the 2023 calendar year and the upcoming holiday season.

D. Hamilton Jackson Day – Holiday Closed
November 10, 2023: Veteran’s Day (Observed)
All Judicial Branch employees will be granted
administrative leave from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
November 23, 2023: Thanksgiving Day
Holiday – Closed
November 24, 2023: Day after Thanksgiving
All Judicial Branch employees will be granted administrative leave from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
