Closure of Magistrate Division in the St. Thomas/St.John District
Administrator of Courts, Regina Petersen, would like to inform members of the Virgin Islands Bar Association and the general public, of the temporary closure of the Superior Court’s Magistrate Division in the St. Thomas/St. John District. All restrooms in the facility are currently offline, and we are working closely with the Landlord and the Waste Management Authority to identify and resolve this issue.
ALL previously calendared matters will be heard as scheduled remotely unless otherwise rescheduled by the Presiding Judicial Officer.
We anticipate that normal operations will resume on Tuesday, July 18, 2023.
