On August 19, 2016, the Supreme Court Promulgation No. 2016-0007, which amended Supreme Court Rule 37(b) to establish an Advisory Committee on Rules, consisting of judicial officers and attorneys for the purpose of suggesting changes to the rules, practices and procedures of the courts of the Judicial Branch of the Virgin Islands
